WonderGliss
The WonderGliss coating that is baked into the ceramic doesn‘t give grime a chance: dirt and limescale cannot secure a hold on the smooth surface, so residue runs off more easily with the water. Sanitary ceramics featuring WonderGliss stay smooth and clean for longer and are thus extremely easy to clean. All it takes is a soft cloth and mild cleaning agent.
Five colors available
The Starck barrel is available in two paint finishes (85 White High gloss and 40 Black High gloss) and in three warm real wood veneers (05 Oak, 13 American Walnut, 24 Macassar).
Perfect edge
Organic flowing contours take any harshness out of the formal architecture of the Starck products. Such a narrow basin rim as is shown in the left picture poses a great challenge for ceramic manufacture but Duravit and Philippe Starck have mastered this with style and flair. The designer also chartered new territory in the positioning of the tap fitting on the washbasin: in Cape Cod, it stands on an island in the corner of the washbasin.
